I doubt anything in your backlog is as worthy of Bioshock 1 if you haven't played it already. Just an opinion.

I backordered the Xbox version, even though I've played both games, and played the first like 5 times (3 times on the PC, twice at least on the PS3). I just got an Xbox this Christmas, and that's the perfect game to play through AGAIN for some Achievements AND to try it out with my new surround sound.

**EDIT** Also got a nice surprise of a 7.70 credit I didn't know I had, so got it for a little over 12 bucks.

Playstation bioshock has "survivor" difficulty mode, which is harder. Switching weapons/plasmids brings up the menu and pauses, so combat isn't as hectic. Aiming is dorky with a controller.

This feels like a game that I'd like to own.

Bioshock is one of best games I've played due to the crazy story, setting, and atmosphere. Only Alan Wake has a similar feel of being really into the game. Also enjoyed Bioshock 2. I highly recommend anyone who hasn't played these to order this now and put this ahead of any backlog game. I've never played any of the DLC. Will def pick this up if it gets any cheaper later this year.

Is the dlc worth it for these games? I have the vanilla first game and free rental of part 2 from ps+. Is it worth grabbing this pack?

Where..when? I checked yesterday (when this deal was posted) and the Ultimate edition was $29.99. Only the "regular Bioshock 2' was $19.99. I checked this morning and still unchanged at BB.

I'm not really in a hurry so I went ahead and placed the Amazon order even though they don't have a date for new stock yet.
