If they made ME wait for an hour to check out I'd have made them call their regional manager or the cops! I checked out with two card for two separate computers on Monday in about 3 minutes took about 7 minutes to get the adjustments tonight...THAT is how service is supposed to work.

I purchased this item 2 days ago and came across the $75 staples coupon just earlier tonight. I called my local OD and asked them if they could give me money back due to a competitors coupon. I just let them know that I purchased a Windows 8 laptop and that was the only requirements the coupon said. The assistant manager told me to print it out and bring my receipt and bring it to the store and he will take care of me; and he did. I received a refund + tax of $81.00. Good luck!
