I got the 8006, the confirmation email says that the product will be shipped in 33 days, looks like a long wait.

I order a VRT350R for $287. Considering 5% cash back with shop discover, it is much better than the $333 VRT350 that I purchased two weeks ago in BBB (will return it tomorrow).
The VRT350 is great. the juice tasted is much better than the juice from centrifugal juicer. I don't know why VRT350R is much $150 expensive than VRT350. Red color worth so much? Some people said 8006 is better for leaf. I would say any juicer is not good for leaf. Juicer is only for fruit, carrot, potato......for leaf, you shall go with professional blender. I have a Vitamix 3500, its' great. |

Just ordered an Omega 8004 from Kohls via a price match. The unit price was 205.19 on Macy's site. I tried the Cupid30 code but they would not give it to me, but I was able to get an additional 15% off using my Kohl's card, and of course you get $30 back in Kohl;s Cash. So the deal was $144.41 shipped free less tax. Now that's a slick deal.

I have the J8004 and I LOVE it. It's completely awesome. I would encourage anyone out there to go for it or the J8006; they're essentially the same thing. I would advise people to stay away from the J8005 (or just 8005, whatever they call it here). The auger is not made from the same GE Ultem plastic that the 8004 or 8006 has, rather it's a softer, more standard plastic- meaning it will wear out faster AND has a higher likelihood of leeching into your juice. Go go go, this is a smokin' deal.

Anyone know how likely is it that the 8006 will be back in stock before the sale ends tomorrow?
Also, I thought someone had said that usually the stainless steel one (8006) is more expensive than the white (8004) one. That obviously isn't the case with this sale, and also what is specified as their regular price on Macy's website doesn't reflect this either. Last edited by slyestdog; 02-17-2013 at 06:49 PM.. |
