i would've thought that the one they had for $789 before the 25% was a better deal, only difference is the HD7570 vid card. that's my opinion.

oh if you were to go that route and get parts somewhere else, i guess getting the cheaper vid card would be best. but that also means that you could go for the 1TB or the 320GB HDD that they have.

i only mentioned getting the better vid card thinking you were going to leave the computer as-is and based on benchmarks on those two video cards, its a small price to pay for a big difference.

They shipped it this morning and changed the delivery estimate by one day, 2/26.

I got mine this afternoon and it turns out to be the special edition version in white.

i was going insane last night trying to figure out this problem since the drivers on the AMD website does not work. i just want to save everyone the trouble and time for those who purchased a dell xps 8500 with windows 8 and radeon 7570 vid card. i had a problem where the desktop wouldn't fill the whole monitor, leaving a 1" black border. download this driver

after installation, right click the desktop, go to the catalyst control center, under desktops and displays click "more" and then look for "Scaling Options (Digital Flat-Panel)", then move that bar over to 0% or whatever fills up the screen.
