Free Shipping Only IF Order > $49 AFTER Coupon
Had original order of $50.50 and applied coupon getting the $12 discount. However, was charged $4.95 flat rate shipping charge because the order was now under the $49 requirement. Called them and they credited me back the shipping charge. Seems like they are willing to make things right and their price was great with the coupon! Coupon works on any brand of dog/cat food.

Good company, have dealt with them before. But like jonnyd13 said this is for first time customers and should be titled that way.

thanks op, i bought a groupon from them awhile back that I forgot to use so its now only worth face value and not promo value so this coupon will soften the blow of my forgetting

Wow. My autoship order shipped early (yesterday). They applied a coupon to it automatically because they missed the coupon with my last order. Yesterday's order came to 48.99 - one penny shy of free shipping. When I explained it to them and asked them to credit the shipping, they said I have to send the box back for a full refund and place the new order. I normally wouldn't hassle, but since there's a better code, I'll do what they want me to do to save myself 5 bucks. Avoid KGBDeals and JungleCents. Scammers!

Thanks, ordered the gigantic dry bag of iams hairball/weight control food for my cats.. was trying to get a deal on it since I only buy it every few months. And a few tidy cat breeze pellets since there are like no sales on that anywhere atm and I am down to one bag
