The original arcade Street Fighter where you had a choice of 2 characters and one button. If I remember correctly, the harder you hit the button, the harder you would punch.
For some reason, the controller was always broken. |

Nah, it had 2 "buttons", one for punch and one for kick. And yeah, broken all the time.

Oh cmon. No one mentioned Eternal Champions? That game was decent if you could pull off the finishers.
Then on PS1 you had stuff like Wu Tang: Shaolin Style(aka the game formerly known as Thrill Kill) and Bio Freaks. Honestly though, most of the fighters in the 90's and even the early 2000's were knockoffs of either Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat to some extent with maybe Primal Rage being the exception there. CAG is full of whiners and crybabies who report every little thing because they're easily offended. Fark them all.
