While it's hit or miss, I really recommend checking TJ Maxx for Thomas trains. Recently I've bought the bought 5 or 6 trains all for $3.50 to $5.00. No joke. Emily was the last one I bought for $3.50 (the same one listed above for $6.50).
I know it's hit or miss, but I really recommend giving it a go. You can also find train set pieces. I bought the swinging bridge (http://www.amazon.com/Thomas-And-...B000J4Z20A) for $11. |

Great deal! I picked up several of the Adventures of Thomas 3-packs for $8.49 each. I'm planning a Thomas-themed birthday party for my son and plan to give them out as favors. Works out to about $2.80 a train. It would probably cost me at least half that amount to stuff goodie bags with cheap plastic toys and candy. Plus, these are unique Thomas Engines -- the pack includes Winter Wonderland Thomas, Paint-Splattered Thomas, and Thomas Comes to Breakfast.

FANTASTIC. Some of these are cheaper than the Woot deal and I got a ton from there...OH..my poor wallet...
