IDK if this helps ya' but I have the same problem, I'm sure some people are thinking how the hell could you forget to return a movie you rented just the day before ...anyway. After I rent movies I have two alarm clocks on my smart phone (built in & then an additional app). It would be great if I remembered to do it right there at the kiosk, but it usually clicks for me when I'm going to plug in my phone to charge. I have three ready to go alarms with messages like REDBOX RETURN MOVIES!! on each I just put a check mark in them to turn them on for the next day. At least one of the clocks goes off at 8Pm 8:20 8:30 so if I were to have fallen or whatever I have a good chance of hearing them. Or if I zoned out into cyber space it's a great reminder. I also try to leave the movie cases right in my walking path so I have to see them every time I walk by to help as a reminder.

I don't rent games.

I gave up on renting from Redbox around us, usually the people treat the outdoor Redbox like a drive thru, they're too damn lazy to actually park their cars and walk to it so they just double park along the curb where the box is located and wait for their turn. Then there's the ones that go up and take forever to scroll through the list to see what they want to rent. I used to enjoy the free codes years ago but now it's not even worth it for me. If the ones around you are not like this, then count yourself fortunate.

Looks like there is a workaround to use the BOGO code and rent only one for free, Decided to rent Alex Cross and Taken 2 both dvd, decided I wouldn't have time to watch two movies tonight and was gonna cancel the order, deleted Alex Cross from my queue and promo code stayed and took 1.20 off Taken 2 making it a free rental. hope this helps other people that want a free rental code without have to order 2 movies.
