Sharp AQUOS Quattron 60" Class 1080p 240Hz LED Smart 3D HDTV $1399

Price comes up when you put in your cart (possibly online only since my local CostCo does not seem to stock this model)

Model: LC60C8470U (this is not quite the same model as in Best Buy or HH Gregg etc., but it is $400 cheaper than there and $200+ cheaper than the same model at BJ's)

No...this picture is for the LC-60LE847*0*U - it is the model Sharp puts out to the Warehouse clubs

they are about the same.costco model is a little better. the costco pic is wrong. . have you ordered one?

edit: find one real pic on ebay. also discrepancy. the different is the base, swivel or not. the costco pic does not have swivel base. the ebay package pic is not clear to tell .

edit: I now confirm. the 60" 847u comes with swivel base, 70" does not. costco pic is wrong , it showes 70" instead.

Even BJs was selling for over $1600. It came to about $1480 with tax and I got a 1% discount with the CostCo Amex. I am not too fussed about the picture on the website which is just a stock picture...it says the model number and that is the one I have seen at BJs so I know I like the picture quality.

did you get yours? I just ordered one, this is almost top of the SHARP 2012 model.

Yes it was delivered the middle of last week and I think it is great. The sound quality is not brilliant due to the tiny speakers, but it is not bad and I have it hooked in to a surround sound system. I have it plugged in to an ethernet cable via a "MOCA" box (http://www.amazon.com/Actiontec-V...ca+verizon) and was able to stream 1080p from my PC with no artefacts visible. The worst part about this TV, the definition is almost too good, actresses I used to think were hot even on my old Mitsubishi 55" 1080i set now look nasty!

The out of the box settings aren't bad, but I would advise you to go to this web site and use their settings as a starting point. They give a much more realistic flesh tone.
