Any good PS2 games worth buying?

I've been playing Bulletstorm for the last few weeks and I don't think the online content matters at all. It's consists of something like a couple of weapon effects colors ("leash" colors) and a couple of maps that you probably won't care about anyway. I suggest ignoring the "online pass".

Rainbow six vegas 2: - I loved the first one more, but I am guessing the second has more unlockables and upgrades. - Just didnt enjoy the story of 2 as much. Felt more like an expack than a sequel.
SF IV: havent tried it
Infamous 2: fun game, check out the first one for the first part of the story. Still very fun even though it is old.
COD 4: overrated and arcadey with a foul community. Try BF bad company 2 instead. Community is not as mean(immature) and gameplay is more open and extensive, plus destructable buildings!
Bulletstorm: didn't enjoy the story but the multi was fun co-op.

The best price is going to happen around the time the new system is released. Judging from past patterns it probably won't be until November-December, just before the holidays. I believe a release date is expected this week.

So the short answer is that yes, it will happen eventually. But how long are you willing to wait? I haven't seen many gaming deals at Sears though. Might be better off saving that credit for something else.

As long as you have a current subscription to ps+ then you are free to re-download and play and of the games you've picked up at any point while you had ps+. If you let your subscription lapse you will be unable to play any of the free games until you re-subscribe. Personally I think it's a great deal, especially if you don't mind playing older (but usually still very good) games or if you're new to the system.

The largest games I've downloaded have been 15 gigs. It all depends on your internet connection.

According to the link below, the price drop looks to be soon. $199 for a 500GB PS3 is a pretty good deal. Just remember, your getting a really good bluray player as well.

Does the PS3 need to be jailbroken or something to attach an additional HDD to it?
And are these consoles jailbreakable? Is it worth it?

Are you able to play the Bulletstorm multiplayer without the Online Pass? The pre-owned copy will likely NOT come with the Online Pass, and I want to know if it's possible for us to play its online mode without it.

It is clear that you can unlock special items/features with the Online Pass, but it does not explicitly say you will NOT be able to play online at all without it. Can someone confirm?
