Extremely glad that I saw this on FP deals.
I just bought a ps3 through the cowboom flash sale and wanted to pick up some games for the console. I actually had already purchased this game along with Katamari, Assassin's Creed 3, ModNation Racers, and Journey on Friday. Went ahead and cancelled Ni No Kuni and repurchased it to save ten bucks Looking forward to playing it a lot!

I definitely want this game, but my backlog is so large I don't think it is worth buying now.

Wished it was on xbox or pc...i really hate system specific games, guess ill wait till ps4 or 720 to come out and see which i'll get if i ever want to try this game out.

For the few games that support game pads I guess. (Some games don't even let you change hot keys, which is archaic) Many PC games are meant to be used with keyboards and mice. I personally can't see using a xbox360 controller to compete in Counterstrike matches. I never said it could not be done, I just said its not the same as games being "built" to be played on controllers.

Other than move/kinect games, all PS3/Xbox games are controller focused.

I expect the reply to be: But it's on a PC. People can mod in controller functionality. Which is true in its own respect. However it does require additional effort on your own part.

However I do agree, despite having a wii, I don't play any games on it as I use dolphin with a PS3 controller connected via bluetooth. (Though there are very few games I play on wii)

As far as the deal; This seems to be a great game (as far as rpgs go) and I love the Artistic style. I plan to pick it up for 25-30 (in a few months). Backlog is way to large these days.

The cost of having a PC is so remarkably different than consoles (especially one that is up to date in graphics rendering) that the entire argument is pointless.

Subtitles are horrible, but the game is awesome.
