absolutely, these are super high quality bags. I have several Chrome bags, however I don't think they are worth their retail prices. I have only ever bought off craigslist (because they are so durable) and at deep discount sales like this.

pretty sure none of the major manufacturers (timbuk2, chrome, mission workshop, seagull, crumpler) warranty against wear and tear. that being said, they are made of ballistic nylon, so short of dragging it along pavement for prolonged periods of time and/or setting it on fire, i'm not sure what kind of wear and tear would damage it that much.
