I can give an up-to-date on the Customer Service as I placed the order yesterday, only to send them a cancellation email 5 minutes later (which is according to their website instructions) to place a replacement order. Today I called them three times. The first time they diconnected me when attempting to transfer (btw when I called I was 11th in line). The second time at the end of the call it went to a message that it's a holiday today and they're not in, and disconnected me (strangely, when I called I was 11th again and the message was given when my turn arrived). Luckily the third time I called I was able to speak with someone and they cancelled my order and sent me a confirmation email.

True....but that's what also has me worried, I've had too many orders through SD cancelled a day or three later.

I have two orders, 3 pairs and 2 pairs placed on Monday but one was really early on in the day and the other was placed later on. I'll post on here if I here anything about either order.
