So basically you get a $100 Visa Gift Card for switching to TWC for there internet. Thought this was a pretty slickdeal for those people still on the AT&T or Verizon DSL speed or people spending too much for their existing FiOS or U-Verse service.

This is YMMV so some places offer free installation and activation and pricing as well.
