If you're decent at rolling sushi, this isn't all that great unless you are going to have a lot of people over. It also makes really BIG sushi and you end up using a lot more rice than normal when using this. It works well enough but there isn't much, if any time savings if you are just making a roll or two. Also, you can't have the nori on the inside if that is how you prefer to make your sushi rolls.

Having said that, the sushi rolls do come out looking nice. It's great if you like sushi but are terrible at rolling (it really isn't that hard). I'd like this quite a bit but I do feel that you end up needing a lot more rice to get this to work well.

Reviews are pretty good. Even with non sushi rice. Seems like a quick way to make sushi. Thanks op
