You can get good DDR3 8gb stick for around $40 each if you really wanted, but 9 latency ones will probably runa round $50 range, so there is either Kingston HyperX or possibly the PNY Vengeance ones. There ares others too, but ti just all comes down to personal preference of brands.

I tried it before posting it and it worked. But I didnt use it since I didnt need a heavy portable laptop and I needed one with a webcam. Perhaps someone else claimed it although it seemed like a multi use coupon.

Heads up guys. I can't believe Dell did this. My order was "changed" 7 days after I ordered and I was given a new order number furthering out the arrival date. I would have never even known this if I hadn't been checking my account every day. I fought and called many times to cancel the order since it had an "in production" status. I finally got it cancelled and I was looking over the cancellation email and it shows that they had changed the graphics card to an M1000 without ever even asking me. The Firepro M5950 that I originally ordered it with is better in almost every way than the older M1000 so I'm very thankful that I got my order canceled since this was going to primarily be a budget gaming laptop.

Just received a short email saying my order (placed 2/20) had been cancelled. Rep confirmed M4600s are no more, and spec'd a comparable M4700 for me... for ~$1200 before tax.
