It comes in the form of a VISA Prepaid card (http://images10.newegg.com/upload...13yh62.pdf)

Not hard to get rebate. Just submit the online form (when it becomes available) and just mail in the required information (UPC & Invoice). It took just over 6 weeks for my last one to get to me. I assume they it takes at least that long so you are past the 30 day return policy. The rebate says "8-10 weeks."

I just got my McAfee rebate for the AV + Malwarebytes deal that Newegg had late last month. Purchased it on 1/22, my rebate came in the mail today. That's less than one month from purchase to "check" (card) in hand. That's pretty tough to beat.
