Good price on this model, one of the lowest ever. For the Monster haters out there, the Turbine Pro Gold and Copper are high-quality IEMs. They've been praised on head-fi a lot. I have the Miles Davis Trumpets and I know they sound really good.

Ehh 3.5 stars with 37 reviews. I own Monster Beats Solo headphobes personally and they're ok but nothing overly impressive.

Normally around $199, so this is a good price. Pretty "balanced" sound, good treble and mids and lots of bass.
The housings are made of brass; they feel nice and sturdy and are lighter than they look. However, they're prone to coming loose/apart where the gold part of the housing meets the silver part near the tip (just past the blue/red left/right indicator rings). Nothing a little super glue can't handle; the sound far outweighs any problems. It also comes with a ton of silicon and foam tips, so if they don't sound right, try switching tips. It's all about the fit with in-ear headphones. Monster is notorious for birthing the Beats line, yes, but its Turbine headphones are very good. |

Personally, I think I MIGHT shoot for these Turbines, cause Head-fi will not give praise to Monster/Beats unless it's deserved.

So thats what Monster did with all their extra RCA interconnect wire tips...Glued them to ear buds and jacked the prices up....Perfect!
Heck looks like they grabbed 'em from the bin and just screwed 'em on there...funny stuff...
