Bit when I first saw this, now Amazon has it for $106 + FS.

Reading their "Help Desk" looks like ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Don't like the language in there either.

Among other things --- for Empty/Incomplete/Missing Package Claims (not saying I'll have one) -- To complete the claim process of an empty or incomplete package, eCOST will require a copy of a police report filed by our customer.

SERIOUSLY??? A police report? Lesson learned. I won't shop at eCost again. Amazon makes things quick and painless. If only I had waited just a couple of days.
