I love Express mens shirts....but I did find out something about returns last time I ordered.

I ordered a medium, but they sent me a small. I returned to the store where they gave me a refund, but not on the shipping. Even tho they sent me the wrong shirt and had none left to replace it they refused to refund shipping. The packing slip I took in clearly said medium and they agreed it was all their fault, but they still refused to refund shipping.

I was pretty annoyed. I know, $8 isn't the end of the world. And yes it was the only item I ordered (I had been trying to get the western in red for a while). But for as showy and expensive as they are (even with sales) I really expected better.

Course I have probably 18-20 of their shirts 2-3 pants and a belt or two and that was my only less than stellar experience. But just an FYI....

Have you tried contacting corporate about that issue? wow, charging you for something that they friggign messed up. didn't think that would happen.

You know, I didn't. Ill do that and hit their FB page. Might help or get a coupon or credit.
