I was really into Tex Murphy back in the 90's. I loved the hell out of that game series. Is this somewhat similar?

I think this might be YMMV. I just tried to check out with L.A. Noire, and it is saying "Your email address is not valid for redemption of promo code BTEXVWM29."

I didn't get the email oh well. Not a big loss since i have most of those games.

I'm not sure about the other ones, but the L.A. Noire Complete Edition is double Newegg's regular price. So, for $5 that title seems like a steal.

I don't think so. I picked it up from Steam's holiday sale for $5 and wish I had passed. I am not opposed to "thinking" but I thought this game was a bore fest.

Also, Deus Ex can be had on Steam right now for $4.99. Also I did enjoy Space Marine, seems like I'm the only one.

Vegas is a good buy if you're into "thinking" games. Much better recommendation than LA Noire.

Just my 3 cents..
