Not 100% sure...but I search something like that on Amazon and saying these tablet (without brand names) are the typical bootleg and once the GOOGLE PLAY detected it and they will stop working or supporting any network connection....then it will be a $100 paper weigh...it looks too good to be true for a legit tablet when it is not the black Friday deal.
google play does not deactivate tablets, there are hundreds of chinese knockoff manufs and they all work fine with the google environment.
I have a 1+ year old chinese capacitative tablet and a new nexus 7, do not buy these old crappy capa tablets. The touchscreens are terrible, and you will be really frustrated. Also most of these have horrible, horrible batteries and connections; my uPad knockoff goes less than an hour on a full charge and even worse, the recharger doesn't work unless the plug is in an exact angle with the tablet lying completely flat etc. Do yourself a favor, pay a few bucks more, and get a better one like Kindle, Nexus, Transformer, etc. They are all in the $180-250 range.
I bet this has an Allwinner A10 processor, like most cheap China tabs. If so, STAY AWAY if you plan to use it mostly for web browsing. I had a China tab with A10 processor and web browsing is atrociously laggy and all browsers have a "Wait" or "Close" option pop up frequently. I thought it was just my tablet, until I read the web and found it's a common problem with Allwinner. Even their new A31 quad core has the same problem.
