For anyone else who happens to have a similar issue with any of these gas powered machines. My hedge trimmer arrived fine but ran and idled poorly. Attempted to adjust the carb high and low screws and found that Poulan has a special tool needed to do this. Another quick search yielded a suggestion to cut a notch in both adjustment screws using a dremel. Had to take the carb off to make room to get the dremel in, but after 5 minutes work I had notches in both screws. I played with the carb for 20 mins or so and have it running perfect now. Low screw is about 1.5 turns out, high seems to like 2.5. Hope this helps someone and keeps them from sending the tool back.

Got my 445 very quickly. Its a great deal and cuts wood fine, even looked brand new with a brand new chain and bar

Anybody else get the chainsaw and care to comment on the condition of it?

Also, if somebody is knowledgeable enough for Husq's what is the duty type for this particular model?
