Just picked up this afternoon, the HP 2311xi looks good and thin...however, the one I got has serious backlight bleeding on the right hand corner, especially with a black/dark background. My 2yr old AOC LCD never have this issue. I calibrated the HP with Spyder3 and compared with the AOC side by side but I don't see a huge different for the colors/tones. The HP actually looks a little washed out due to the backlight issue. I might try for another one or just return it...

This monitor is not playing nice with my Macbook Pro. It displays the desktop after logging in, however, it does not display after it goes to sleep.
