Same here. Using my own (unused) discount code, booking is within the date range, and the hotel is not named on the exclusion list.

The only thing that I can think of that might be a problem is that my email addresses on file for hotels.com and facebook.com are different from each other. I wonder if the discount code is tied to your FB email address. Seems unlikely to be a problem. Does one even need to have a hotels.com account for this promotion to work? I don't see anything in the terms that says you do.

I have the same thing here. but I don't think it is Email mismatch. I tried to use the coupon that I got with my email and facebook account but it didn't work at all.
