1. signup from newsletters and email subscriptions for various properties. They send out deals all of the time.
2. Sign up for twitter and follow your favorite properties. They have twitter deals as well.
3. Use the search engine on SlickDeals, CET properties, specifically Ballys, Rio and The Quad have some year long deals going on.
4. Sign up for players card at MB and other properties. You can do this online. Once you do this, log-in and you should see some exclusive rates.
5. Groupon has deals on properties and restaraunts.


Weekends are always more expensive in Vegas especially for any type of holiday. follow the options above and you may be able to find a good deal. Also, this tends to draw a huge debate, but I would consider lesser properties than MB. Mid-South part of the strip. You will save tons especially if you are not going to be in your room quite often.

It's still early for the fall for booking. I would wait until the spring time unless a deal really jumps out. Just keep researching until then. Most properties allow you to rebook/cancel anyways.

you can wait. November isn't a popular month so the sales and promo's will come as it gets closer.

Orbitz has a coupon that expires today that knocks off 15%. Code 48HRSALE expires tonight at 11:59 pm CST. I just used it to book a suite for my Bachelor Party at Luxor, and a buddy of mine got a side room for about $100/night.

Thanks for all the advice! I have another question. I could use my parents timeshare and trade off with the Polo Towers. Any opinions about the property?

polo towers is behind hawaiian marketplace. check out reveiws & pics on tripadvisor to see if it's a fit. If it's 'free' via the parents that'd be plus lol.

we enjoy the luxor's pyramid jacuzzi suites. unless there's a convention in town you could likely grab a reasonably priced standard room there. More budget friendly is the excalibur. not fans of the casino vibe there so never stayed but friends say widescreen tv rooms are decent
