Don't get excited about the deal until you have it in hand and running. The pre-owned Dell XPS I picked up from them last week was DOA. They described it as a 7 but I have no doubt that it was opened up by a previous owner. Phillips head screws all show wear and each of the plastic panels show pry marks. So if a 1080p XPS 15L w/blu-ray shows up again on their site next week, save the hassle and stay clear.

Almost crapped myself when I read 1080p laptop then
 myself when it showed as OOS.

Just wanted to say I bought one of them and OMB, I LOVE IT.
1920x1080 makes me want to cry everytime I open up my laptop. Audio and graphics were a nice touch

And yeah I did receive it. Pretty new. I'm really satisfied. But then again I'm a first time buyer from slickdeals, so I'm not sure what classifies as "new." |
