Hosting Multiple Domains with HostGator
My friend and I would like to share expenses and buy HostGator Baby plan so we both can host our sites out of that one plan. Anyone know if HostGator shuts you down if I host multiple domains through their Baby plan but these domains are registered to different people? |

Done see where they would care as it is sub domains you have
myweb.com you can have Boston.myweb.com Atlanta.myweb.com and so on With the Baby plan near as i can see you can't have Fred.com and John.com with the plan |

This isn't an issue of them shutting you down, you just won't be able to set it up to begin with if they don't want you to have it.
However, If it says unlimited domains you can have unlimited domains. Hostgator is blocked here so I obviously can't check it for you, I trust that you're competent.

You'll be okay with the baby plan.
I have multiple domains with this plan. |

But after I posted this, I saw the hostlatte deal and $75 for 3 years with same renewal rate locked for lifetime and upto 5 domains allowed seemed a better deal. So signed up for that! Last edited by stubbornboy; 02-20-2013 at 09:56 PM.. Reason: Automerged Doublepost |
