Part of the extended warranty calculation is based on you breaking the set, selling it, getting it stolen etc. before the period ends. Conversely, if you're not gonna keep it 4 years.... (I'm assuming these aren't transferable?)

The Costco extended warranty is so cheap it might just be worth rolling it into the cost of the set.

60U or 55UT? Help
My 50yo eyes are having a diff time with my Panny TC-50PS1 I got in 09 for 800.The 60U50 is available for 900 while the 55UT50 is 756 OTD for me. I have a Tc-P50S1(2009) that is just too small from 13' from my bed. I am wondering if the extra 150 is warratned for the 60"... BTW...both the U ane the UT use the G15 panel. The TC-Pxxyy60 series will be available 3/1 with Voice Command and Web Browsing but with higher MSRPS..... Not sure the 55" will be enough size pop over the 50 I have and dont want to pay 150 bucks for 5" more that tne UT.... What a quandry.... All I know is you got to be nuts to spend VT money. |
