I bought a Bluetooth mini speaker from Amazon and they came with a few freebies. I am not happy with the quality of the sound so I might return or exchange it. Do I have to include the free items in the return? I have no use for the free items, but if I have to pay shipping I rather not have the extra weight.
More than likely they won't credit you the full price of the speaker if you don't ship back the freebies. They'll probably deduct the return amount of what the freebies would be, if you don't ship them back.
How exactly did the freebies come? Packaged with the speaker, or included with purchase of the speaker? As a general rule, when you return something it should include all parts of the original shipment, lest they might deny your return for being incomplete.
dont worry…. amazon tracks this and will ban their credit card and home address soon… its happened to many people
