Don't feel like blowing $30 on sennheiser headphones that will bite the bullet at the gym. I love the monoprice DJ headphones. In for a pair ;-)

One of the pics shows a microphone inline but the 3.5mm plug only has two 'strips' (not sure what they are called) and three conductors so it is stereo only, no mic. The plug needs to have three 'strips' and four conductors to be stereo and have a microphone on it.

is this lifetime warranty?

I got these for $6 from the last deal but I like my MEE M9 set much more. These sound very tinny. Granted the M9's cost $15 but I think they sound much much better.
