Monoprice MEP-933 Enhanced Bass 14.2mm Hi-Fi Noise Isolating Earphones (Silver) $4.50

In for three... $13.77 and free shipping. I already have several but need more for gifts. They fit me great without modification and sound great: in particular the sound stage is open with realistic signature. I have soldered new cords on a few. Yah, the cord really sucks, they are not making that up. These are worth it in spite of small annoyances.

Great deal for the price. I picked these up when they were around $6 shipped. The way the ear piece sits in my ear is a bit odd, especially with the cord wrapping around the top. I wear glasses, and it annoys the crap out of me.

These are actually pretty good if they fit in your ears. Well worth the $4 cost, they need a little burn in though. . The stock tips do suck. I used some from some MEEE M9's that work well. I need to buy some more tips off ebay. The cord on these are tangle prone.

Have these.. Cool, but not great. I would not wear them to the gym, unless I needed a backup pair, as they go behind & over the ear. The sound on my set changed in about 3-4ish months for the worse. I consider myself slight audiophile as well.

I"ve tried the Comply tips but the best fitting and sounding tips are the white ones sold by Sony. You can't beat the value these ear phones deliver if you get a good seal.

so i picked up 2 of these when they were $4.59 from amazon, and I am thoroughly impressed. i'd say they're definitely better than my brainwavz m4s that i picked up for $28 about a year ago, but have since lost them. getting two of these for ~$10 and the comply S-400 tips for another $10 makes this probably the best $20 i've ever spent.

I don't know man, I bought the M4's at the same time as you in addition to the MEP-933 which I got about 6 months ago. I don't think the MEP-933 sound nearly as good as the M4's, but for the price its still a great deal. I used my Tx-400 tips on both pairs for testing and general use.

i'd say the M4s were more comfortable, but the MEP-933 is fairly comprable in sound quality, and i feel the bass is a bit stronger on the MEP-933. however, the thing that really makes it a non-comparison, is the price. i can never hold onto earbuds for more than a year. i'm surprised i was able to get a year out of my M4s before losing them. at $5 a piece, i won't feel bad if i lose these or they die.

Got these in the mail today with Amazon w/ 2 day shipping! And all I can say is wow for 4 dollars, the sound is awesome. There was a deal for those MW3 Munitio earbuds a few months ago and these earbuds over here win by a mile. I swapped out the stock tips with smaller tips supplied with the Munitio earbuds and they feel more comfortable. One downside about this item: the cord is very thin and in cloth like material, which makes it feel cheap and tangle prone. Otherwise, the bass is deep and the sound is overall really balanced!

hi ,,, did u get it in the orignal box pacakging?// i got it in a plain simple plastic over with just the earphones.... nothing else,,,,,,,,i hope these r brand new and not soem refurbished product.

Yeah same as you. It was just a small flimsy plastic wrap and it wasn't even sealed. It sounds good so I wouldn't really worry too much and its less than $5.
