I was the original OP of thread for the AT&T free unlock. Just got an email saying that my phone was unlocked. Restoring and backing up my phone now.

Edit: I just took a look at the cached version of the original thread and saw that it was (most likely) removed for being "fraudulent". I submitted my request Monday(?) night, and received my email late Wednesday night/early Thursday morning, which wasn't too far off from the 1-2 days originally promised. I can't vouch for anyone else, but I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. I'm aware that this company stands to benefit from a repeal on the unlocking ban, but perhaps it was a little hasty to label them fraudulent before they had a chance to fulfill the hundreds/thousands of requests they got in a relatively short time. Got the email this morning that my iPhone was now unlocked. About to verify via backup/restore in a few minutes.

I applied for the unlock on 18th, had not gotten email back as of yesterday night. Seeing as others had been able to unlock prior to getting the email, I backed up, restored to factory settings, and iTunes then reported it was now unlocked. Then I restored from backup (took an hour or so to reload the many gigabytes of apps/data). This morning I got the email like the one above.
Whatever you may think of the offer, it appears they are honoring the applications. Good luck! |

I did sign the petition first and requested the unlock a few minutes later...have not gotten any emails yet... |

I got the email this morning and tried it to the script and my phone still says AT&T 14.0

I think the original thread was taken down because SD was concerned that only two people verified that unlocks went through. Someone posted that cache from google, and I think the details are in there.
I just wanted to post something so others knew the deal was going through (I posted in hot deals today - it's been taken down). Glad to hear others are having success. |

got email stating my Iphone is unlocked , need to connect Itunes to Unlock .. Mods please restore the original thread.
