Cheapest way to get round trip ticks to the Philippines?

From what my in-laws tell me, sometimes they get a better deal through a travel agent and sometimes they get a better deal going stright through Philippine Airlines. Sorry it wasn't much help, I thought I'd let you know what I found out.

trying booking directly with the airlines such as Korean, China, ANA, philipine airlines i just recently book tickets for my parents and found it cheaper doing it directly with the airlines than a travel agent. |

I personally find that contrary to domestic flights, travel agents often get me a competitive fare for Asia flights. It's not always the cheapest, but it's happened often enough that it's worth getting a quote to compare.
