This is an odd model as far as Powerline networking goes. It is supposed to give you a faster speed than 200Mbps adapters but doesn't. If you are not willing to spend $45-$50 on a pair of 500Mbps adapters, I would stay away from these and look for a deal on a set that meets the proper 200Mbps standard.
I used to have this when it just came out 3~4 years ago and cost ~$150 a set. It claimed to achieve 5X throughput over the 200 Mbps competitors but in my own test they behave the same, if not slower, as my 200 Mbps Zyxel. Thus they went back to BB where I bought them. As this price point I'd say just get a brand new 200 Mbps set with power pass thru for ~$40.
