Do what I did, and call and complain, they give you $15 for ANYTHING on amazon. I guess there is also a time frame. This is what I told them. "When I purchased it said they will issue me $15 now, and $15 after release date, but when I checked back to the product page, they changed their policy to $30 after release date."

Now Im demating whether I should still grab borderlands 2, or get myself a WD 1TB.

Damn, cause I called just over 30 minutes ago, and guess when before she gave me the $15 credit, she put me on hold for like 3 minutes, guess she had to check with somebody. So that is why every rep got an email about it. Sorry mate.

I guess it's easy when it's some faceless company you're trying to screw over, when they are offering a great deal on a big pre-order too. Thanks for this. JUST did the same. Debated on getting Crysis 3 + Bioshock (I loved 1 and 2 as well, one of my favorite games), but seeing as how Tomb Raider seems really good and like Uncharted which is a series I like as well, I decided I would go with it as it would compliment Bioshock well for a third person action adventure instead of two shooters =). REPPED as well.
