If you're putting it up in the attic, then small form factor is not necessary.

Use something like this instead.

I purchased this. Less expensive $68 then that one and works great and picks up a crap load of channels in my area. Its motorized so if you want to move it to pick up stations in different directions it works great. They also have one that is not motorized [antennadeals.com] $58 to save you a little cash. Either are good.
