Actually, looks like BB has an interesting policy on Washer Dryer "installation" so for the most part, they should be covered by home delivery and do not need specialized installations.

Washing Machines (Clothes)
•Washing machines are hooked up by home delivery, assuming there is an adequate 110V, 3-prong electrical outlet.
•Requires new fill hoses and adequate shut off valves within reach (4 ft. for manufacturer-provided hoses and 6 ft. if purchasing Best Buy stainless-steel fill hoses).
•Top-load washing machines from Whirlpool (except Cabrio) and GE (except Harmony) do not come with fill hoses. Fill hoses for these machines must be purchased separately.
•Burst-resistant, stainless-steel hoses are recommended to be purchased for all washing machines.

Dryers (Electric)

I spent the weekend shopping for these, and through price matches at Lowes and Home Depot got them down to $1534 for the two. There was another local store offering to beat it but they didnt have free delivery. This price smokes (thanks OP!)... and now I get to go back to Lowes with my receipt and attempt another PM 10%

In for a set. I got an e-mail specifically telling me that delivery did not include install, so YMMV. Maybe it varies by region? (I wouldn't be surprised if some states required retailers to install gas appliances and whatnot).

I also got an email saying not included but then received a delivery email that says this:

Hey! Im in MA too. You think they will have them in the other Boston locations? I checked your location and it says the item will arrive 3-5 days (via store pickup)... maybe they carry the displays in the store? If so, Ill stop by tonight and order it. Going to see if I can PM with Home Depot.
