Finally choked down the last of my 2lb tub of this the other day. The vanilla is so ridiculously over powering... Nasty, nasty stuff.

We are talking about Optimum Nutrition here, but many protein hounds prefer lots of garbage in their Whey and they always shop price.
Always been true and always will be true that, outside of true sale prices, you generally get what you pay for. But many want a cheap way to buff up and don't care about health. You know the same people who think it was a great deal buying a 42" Prosignia LCD at Walmart that breaks down in 3 or 4 years.

BTW, I regularly buy the ON Vanilla and Strawberry, and both are good.

ok deal for the natural version. Vanilla tastes great imo.

Yep, ON is great and tests out well claimed protein vs actual protein. It is a great buy at $52.99 for 5 lbs, just not a slickdeal at $21 for 2 lbs.

This would be a good price for a pack of 2. Is it a two pack?

I cam also attest that 10.40 /lb is the best I've seen around. But for $21.20 /2lb are we really making a big deal by over paying by 40 cents??

easier just to buy it in bulk if you're looking for value.

10lbs for $80 give or take (with or without using a coupon) is usually going to be your best bet from most companies

To the naysayers, this is a decent price for natural at that amount of 2 pounds as it matches the higher quantity cost per ounce. Remember you usually pay more for the smaller containers. Not in this case.

Oddly enough, this has been at this price point for several months as I've purchased 2 containers on 2 separate occasions during that time hoping that a 10lbs Gold Standard Vanilla Ice Cream deal would hit at some point..

That's what I thought too. I like the all natural option, and this will do until a super hot (rare) price shows up, like 5 Pounds for $35.
