Newegg reviews are reporting these have a 3-year warranty - on par with the WD Reds. However, this is not confirmed and may be inaccurate. Toshiba's own documentation [toshiba.com] states all 3.5" drives have a 2-year warranty.

Went for $125 as a ShellShocker a few weeks back (see SD thread here) but otherwise, this is the cheapest it's been.

Appears this is a Hitachi drive as Toshiba acquired their tooling last year. Some are reporting it's basically a rebadged version of what would've been the updated 7K3000.
