Diablo 3 on Console?

Yeah I finished the campaign and it was terrible. The story was bad, the characters were unlikeable, they continuity of Aliens to Alien 3 was all screwed up, and the final boss fight was terrible. Seriously.. You fight the Queen, except you don't fight her at all. It took less than 2 minutes to defeat her.. WHY?

I'll check out the Aliens mod for KF. Do you have a link for it? I really only ever play KF during Christmas because that's my favorite version and I only play on the DOOM level I know, I'm picky.

i had fun with the game. the endless farming does not suit me these days so I regret buying it. well, more like I regret that it was not as great as I expected

the game shipped broken and incomplete. inferno was impossible. the more people that you had to help you, the harder it actually was.

rares/legendaries were super rare and weren't that good. they gradually made changes to make them less rare and better. but all the time you already invested to get them was wasted.

not to mention the attack speed nerf they put out. altered all the items you had purchased or found.

i put a good 100-120 hours into that game. i wasn't expecting D2 but i was expecting a game that was fun to play. it just wasn't there.

not even going to mention the server blunders at launch or their DRM.

I actually had a lot of fun with Diablo 3. It got really boring/insanely difficult to progress once I finally hit Inferno mode. I had a lot of fun playing co-op with real life friends/family. I just stopped playing when I finally died for the millionth time in Inferno mode... I didn't feel like grinding gold for countless hours to be able to buy better gear

Disagree. The item system itself is the worst part about D3. The drops aren't exciting and the item mods are boring. They don't have enough variety of useful stats. They also don't have trade offs. There's a clear hierarchy of what modifiers you want. That's boring. There's no fun trying to come up with a new way to play because they simply aren't there. Which is why the game is simply a grind for the next incrementally better item. In D2 you'd find items that you could base a whole different build around. There's nothing like that in D3 IMO.

It would be a fallacy to assume that just because I am not forced to use something, that it doesn't have an effect on my gameplay. Do you really think gameplay, balance and other aspects of the game aren't considered in context to the cash shop?

And I see no reason why the Ps4 version couldn't access the global cash shop, or at the least, a submarket for just PS4 users.

I got Diablo 3 for free. It was excruciatingly boring. Plus the format of having to play through each difficulty level to get to the most difficult level setting made the game even more redundant, since the content was EXACTLY the same.

It should have been a console game from the beginning, at least then we wouldn't have had to watch Blizzard's servers be down for the first 24 hours of the game's release. Plus, you only have to to mash 5 buttons for the game, not very PC like at all.

Horrible Horrible Horrible and the graphics were dated even for when it was released.

Not sure the obsession with bashing the port for being a game that came out last year. How many of you jokers bought D2 the year it came out? Now how many continued to play it sometime in the next twelve years? So then what does it matter if the port came out last year or this year??

I liked Diablo 3. I think I played for ~70 hours, then sold it. It was fun, but I couldn't get any further in Inferno so I quit.

After that follow the directions. I'm gonna try out the mod right now. The doom level is also my favorite level. I hide between the pillars in the large room that has secret corner room and the one ceiling hole. That's where I go to grind head shots for sharpshooter lol.
