neither. i could not see any transactions or rewards. its as though the trans never happened if i look at the rewards site. However, the Staples rep can see all transactions and said that the system will be updated. With all these new changes to the rewards system, thats probably why she said it will be updated on the 3rd thurday of march...

It seems to be ALL transactions on 2/18 that are having these issues.

Okay thanks. Good to know. I guess I will have to safekeep my receipt and make sure I can find it when the rewards do not get posted correctly or even at all on the 3rd Thursday of March . And yes I said "when" not "if" judging from all the screw-ups with the double recycling rewards and lysol rewards last week.

My in store purchase was on 2/19, and neither the transaction nor the rewards have posted. So something must have happened for those two days to the rewards site.

I also received a courtesy for the missing lysol purchase for $12. Sucks because it expires on 3/23 =(

You can try. The coupon will apply to items in kiosk orders, but not every item that you'd think would qualify necessarily does. Some online only items have been discounted others not. Try your luck!

I think it's just because people are mostly talking about competitor $ off coupon and staples % off coupon.

Has anyone had luck getting a cashier to manually enter a store-only coupon onto a online-only software product purchased at the kiosk?

Hmmm... well I had an order reserved that I planned on picking up today, but after seeing the way that HM online deal went FP and the SD effect clearly woke up Staples to the point that they disabled their site that was allowing anyone to generate as many unique coupons as desired today and also it seems have removed the "Reserve" option from the website for this item. I'm thinking maybe I won't bother picking up my reservation. This thing blew up on them quickly today apparently because of the SD effect and they probably sent an alert to everyone to scrutinize HM case purchases and deny the technically completely valid coupons that are already out there. Maybe not, but I think I'll err on the side of caution here. I've got enough paper!

Yes, it will stay there for 2 weeks until the return period has passed. Then go to validation complete. Then check/printed mailed.

Are the expiration dates on the new app coupons accurate?
