They are based in Long Island City, Queens, NY according to WHOIS... Not to be streotyping (Ha!) but Probably a REastern Euorpean/Asian type "fell off the back of a truck" electronics store.... I've bought from the type before, feel really bad when I get out but do get a good deal when you don't let them bamboozle you.
