You're confused. A coupon is a coupon. It may have various rules. An image in a PDF or an image on paper is equivalent, unless the rules say so. You seem in have rules in your own mind, but unless they are actually written somewhere and made reference to then they don't exist. Or maybe you're thinking of the law, since you seem to think you're a lawyer. Can you point me to the statute or a reference to the US Code which says that?
