Trying to purchase a card, where do I type in the code? I don't see anywhere in checkout to type in code

I ordered a Home Depot GC from Raise on February 5th. I got an email notifying me that the order was being processed. Never got another email from them again.
After a couple of weeks, I logged back into the website to check my order status. My order had been processed and I had the eGC sitting there waiting for me to pick up... don't know when it was put online. I'm not very happy with their level of communication.
