I have the same situation. Initially the CSR was not willing to price match Kntran's order, but he finally agreed to do that. He did mention he is going to use Kntran's acct information to order, but the shipping address will be mine. I got so worried because I did not receive any order confirmation and I cannot check the order status either, and my credit card got charged already. But finally today my wife told me the monitors just arrived!!! Thank you very much for your guys' help, especially Kntran BTW, I ordered on 3/2/13 and received today.

I ordered 3/1 & my 2 finally showed up on FedEx tracking, as shipped today 3/6 (Nashville/Dell said it Shipped 3/5) they will be here Fri.

Also a big Thank you !to kntran, I owe you 2 beers.

I am not kidding about this issue. I got an email confirmation a few minutes ago about a (possibly my) monitor's delivery to someone who lives in "MONROVIA, CA" (I have their address, and phone number but not disclosed due to privacy issues).

I ordered my monitor on 2/28 only to find out that my order has either shipped to Monrovia CA or DC/VA. I am not exactly sure who received my order. Basically my order has someone else's shipping address but they (Dell) used my credit card to pay for it. If any (one) of you receive an extra monitor, please call DELL and return it. I did call DELL and had them resend a monitor to me. I have to keep track that my credit card is only charged once for my order.

All I did was ask them to match kntran's price. They decided to charge my card but forgot to ship it to my address. Very scary!!

When I log into my account on Dell.com, I can see that someone ordered 2 monitors and although the billing address is for me here in VA, it's being shipped to Monrovia CA. That person received their monitors already.

Likewise, I see that there's one more monitor (I think it's yours anonymouse99), that is also being delivered to my address. It has the same billing and ship to address as my address. It's not my birthday till later this year, is this an early present You need to contact dell and have them or have UPS change the ship to address.

......That's a little high.....do you know the differences between this one and the u2412m.. Educate yourself first before saying its a little high compared to a completely different monitor

OK, it's an inch more and an ISP instead of a eISP. Prices listed are $70 more at Dell's list prices. ($369.99/$299.99)

If an inch more is needed & the IPS over the eIPS, then it may be worth $50 to $75 more.
But you will be hard pressed to find one of those for less than 1/2 list ($184.50 Brand New)?

You paid 195 for a refurb & if you did not buy it with a computer, the warranty is only good for 90 days.
So did you buy it with a computer in the same order?
