Just to let people this panel is a lower end compare to "10 and "13 series. ISP panel goes from lower to higher - e-ISP > H-IPS > S-IPS. And "10 is a H-ips using a 8 -bit panel. The "12 is a e-ips using a 6 - bit panel. And the "13 is an aH-IPS using a 10 bit panel. In layman terms what does all that means? The easy mean to understand is accurate color. A million vs a billion color display. And that is important for photos and artists that needs accurate colors.

I wish Microcenter gives the free shipping, then I would just buy the second one to add my first one I bought 5 days ago.

I just told them that I purchased this monitor from Newegg at 219 and found out another retailer has them listed for $179 and that I might wanna return it to get it from another place cheaper.

They always speak out their policy, but do the one-time courtesy thing infinite times. They offered $25 credit that I first refused just because I wanted full difference. But if you think about return shipping cost and the shipping cost that Microcenter charges, it will cost me more than the difference. So, I just pretended that I'm taking their offer unwillingly.

Very true, but those monitors cost twice as much. This monitor is good for everyday stuff and ok for gaming.

Those of you who got a price match, did you receive a confirmation email? I was denied on online chat, but then dell called me an hour later saying they actually will price match for me. But I still haven't gotten confirmation email yet.

I got the confirmation email from them and I am getting the monitor on Feb 28th

I purchase the same monitor from Newegg & they agreed to a issue me a $25 credit...so I ended getting the monitor for $195. Pretty quick & painless through LiveChat

I'm thinking about buying another one as I've had one for about 8 months and generally like it, but I have noticed slight color and brightness variation across the screen, especially visible on white backgrounds (I.e. bottom left and right corners have ain't tint and the left 1/3 is a little brighter than the rest of the display). Does anyone currently own 2+ of these monitors and notice some have this issue but others don't?

Got one of these in May from Dell for $136 shipped. It was during the U2311 deal, Dell ended up sending me a U2312HM

Great monitor though it's off-center contrast suffers a bit compared to my P-MVA Dell 2408WFP (holds color though, overall TONS better than any IPS panel).

This is e-IPS, but you say it's lower to higher end, yet your arrows state this is greater than the other two? Just an arrow mix up, right?

Yea! 25" HP for $220+tax; doesn't say what type of IPS it is, but e is lowest, which this Dell one is anyway, right?
