Thanks OP. Signed up for 2 years at $9.98. Old ESPN subscription ran out in December and I was missing the Insider access that goes along with it. Just wish the subscriptions started more quickly.

You just need your ESN number that's listed next to your address on your first mag. If your antsy you can try calling ESPN customer service a couple days after you put in your order and see if they will give it to you over the phone.

For folks renewing ESPN there might be a limit to how many years you can renew. I had my 4 year renewal rejected 3 months later when discountmag emailed me with:

"Cancellation reason: We have just been informed that your 4 year renewal could not be applied because it is beyond the maximum years allowed. A refund has been processed."

LOL, never heard of a company rejecting a customers business, because they're a repeat customer.

My first issue isn't supposed to come until May, kinda wanted ESPN Insider for March Madness. Lets see if ESPN gives it to me.

In for ESPN. Now I'll be ready when the $1 renewal deal comes back around.

I had the same problem with both ESPN and Bloomberg Businessweek...the annoying thing was that it was over 3 months from the time of the order to when I received my refund...

dammit just subscribed RD yesterday when it was "on sale" for $4.99
