Anyone use Visa Warranty Protection?
Hey guys. My tv sound is going on/off and I got approved to get the main board repaired by Visa. I got my $614 check for the repairs. Now the tv is having the same problem after a week of repairs. I reopened the claim and after talking to a toshiba tech guy, he said it's most likely a hardware failure that cannot be repaired.
The Tv repairman will be writing up paperwork saying hardware failure cannot be repaired.
My question is, will Visa still refund me the full amount I paid on the TV or will they deduct the $614 already spent on repairs. I don't see anywhere on their site that would suggest this but not sure how they work. I've heard other places that will deduct from original price.
Thanks
