Got DC28 last week after much deliberation. All arguments were put to rest after the first vacuum. Blown away looking at the amount of crap that came out. Love it now..

Dyson's make dirt man.... can vacuum your house 100 times with 20 different other brands and still come back over with a dyson and fill up the the container has to be a magical dirt making device.....

Anyways if you have a local vacuum store like a refurb place or family run place that fix's vacuums near you go check them out I picked up a dyson that some douche never came back and got after dropping it off to get it fixed ...paid a 100 dollars been running great for two years

I think the DC44 is for those places you don't think you'd ever vacuum, but once you do, it's amazing how well it works. For instance, after a meal at the dinner table, it's very useful to run over the table with it once. It's also great for vacuuming blinds and other vertical places. It's also extremely quiet, so you don't get as annoyed easily. Areas around computers, such as printers, get dusty very easily, and this is safe for those areas. It's also perfect for the car. It also comes with a wall mount, so you can hang it when it's not in use.

well consider you got yourself a slickdeal on behalf of a douche. yup dysons make dirt but be glad they do because its picking up shite that other cheap ass vacuum cleaners dont pick up, and thats the crap roaming around on the ground thats so small to detect. but whip out a microscope and freak out to the microscopic bugs and dander!!! so the funniest tell tell all was when i first got the dyson dc33 i think it is?. the all floors model. so it came and once setup i vacuumed the entrance where the stupid old gardener would blow dirt with his blower and would creep under the door inside my place. So the old vacuum cleaner did a so so job. But the dyson OMFG.. it filled up a 1/4 of the canister with shit i was like holy crap!!! and the color of the carpet changed.. was convinced since then about dysons

They actually do sell a pet brushing attachment. I use it on my dog. Works awesome.
